Included a copy of the original invoice or write down your order number, which is located on the invoice, on a piece of paper and include it in your returning parcel. For returns, once the product(s) pass the examination, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of customs duties, and/or courier charges incurred. Please note, for international orders customs and duties are non refundable. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly.
