Please return your parcel in it's original packaging/box and with tags if applicable. If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.

Please return your parcel in it's original packaging/box and with tags if applicable. Included a copy of the original invoice or write down your order number, which is located on the invoice, on a piece of paper and include it in your returning parcel. If the product is not returned in it's original condition then we have the right to refuse refunding and will send the item back to you.

For returns, once the product(s) pass the examination, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total of customs duties, and/or courier charges incurred. Please note, for international orders customs and duties are non refundable. You may be able to recover customs duties by contacting the local customs bureau directly.
